Day 19 My body can't move, now what?

Trying to recover from yesterday. I wake up and I can't gauge right away as I wake stiff each day. As I start to walk up the stairs at work, I know this is more then usually. My body is hurting big time, and it's whole body. What I can do today? I look and not much options for feeling like this, I think I have 2 banked days as I haven't missed a day and two days I went twice. I could use this as a recovery day! Ahh but I don't want to. The reason I did those 2 workout a days in case there is day that I just can't get to the gym, sick, or in the bush. I also don't want to break the streak. I have went everyday. My shoulders are done, and I can't even air squat. I lightly jog and that seems doable so what is there with running. So I go with:

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
50 Back Extensions
50 Sit-ups

The jog is nice, feels good to know I will be able to get it done. 150 back extensions is more then I have ever done so I get a tight back a few times, and dizzy when I do to many reps. Sits up are nothing to bad. Mainly feels good to keep the streak going, and already hoping tomorrow I feel better would like to knock off a big one tomorrow. 34:01. 21 done, 40 to go.
