Day 31,

I want to do a bigger one, to make up for the easier one yesterday. There is a lot of Wods with cleans but might as well start with a lower weight high rep one. There is one that stands out, that looks like a good long grinder. So I go with:

 

 


Hero WOD: Carse
WOD Type: For Time

21-18-15-12-9-6-3
95 pound squat clean
Double-unders
185 pound deadlifts
24 inch box jump
Begin each round with a 50-meter bear crawl

 7 rounds of bear crawls is as bad as I thought. I had to borrow a skipping rope that didn't go good. A hero wod again with box jumps right after deadlifts which seems like a theme. Great hero wod 43:10. 34 done, 27 to go.
