Day 35 Double Up

I joined the class today to do the pre strength part before the workout. Felt incredibly weak, just beat up.I know this isn't the proper way to workout. As you should have recovery days and work on certain things and get better at them. But when I was doing these lifts that felt terrible, it reminds of an injured player where you can barely take part in the warm up before the game, but when the game starts you are good to go, and I got big one today.

Lieutenant Andrew Richard Nuttall, 30, from the 1st Battalion Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (1 PPCLI), based in Edmonton, Alberta, serving as a member of the 1 PPCLI Battle Group was killed by an improvised explosive device that detonated during a joint foot patrol near the village of Nakhonay in Panjwaii District, about 25 km southwest of Kandahar City on December 23, 2009. He is survived by his parents, Richard and Ethel Jane Nuttall.

I have done this one before. I remember under estimating it last time, just cause I could do the movements. I gassed out on pull ups, 100 wall balls is never fun, I coundn't do double unders, and I found out how hard running with a 45 plate is. So this time I know a head of time. I also see a buddy that I did it with before and finished before me, and he keeps track of his times, and he told me 23 minutes, so now I have goal to beat that time. 22:24. Feels good and extra special as this was Canadian hero wod. 38 done, 23 to go.

The sun is out, and its hot. I love being outside doing something physical. I always have, even if it's on a shovel, or hauling stuff. I like sweating in the heat. Body is beat up, but there has been an outside wod I have been wanting to do as soon as saw all these workouts:

I just plated the VW van, so I can haul my weights to the track. I send the funny looking pic to gym owner Scotty, and asks which wod? Tell and he asks when? Right now..., meet you there. Awesome! This will be fun, neither of us like running, so will be nice to do with someone.
